  • Live payment processing, subscriptions, or paid transactions of any kind.
  • Verified background checks for any mechanic, shop, or service provider.
  • Real-time emergency dispatch or a guarantee that any shop will respond.
  • A production-hardened database. Some data may be stored only in your browser and can be lost at any time.

3. Directory listings

Shop listings on the Platform are provided for informational purposes. PH Mechanic does not guarantee the accuracy of any shop's contact details, hours, services, pricing, or availability. You are responsible for confirming these details directly with the shop before you engage their services.

4. User conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to post false or misleading content, impersonate a shop or another user, scrape or resell listings without permission, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

5. Content submitted by shop owners

Shop owners who submit a listing through the "List Your Shop" flow are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including business name, address, contact details, and description. Listings may be reviewed before appearing publicly.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PH Mechanic does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate, current, or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PH Mechanic is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or your engagement with any shop listed on it. Your engagement with any shop is at your own risk.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
